Lip enhancement

We always start with full consultation to discuss your individual requirements, lip shape, and what you’d like to achieve

Most fillers (and certainly those we use) are based on hyaluronic acid (HA), which is the body’s own natural skin plumper and so has an almost impossible risk of an allergic reaction.

At Dermaworks we always start with full consultation to discuss your individual requirements, lip shape, and what you’d like to achieve.

Some clients really want minimum( if any) volume & just want a little more definition around cupids bow or for their lips to look more hydrated & smooth. Other clients would like imperfections evened out or for their lips to look fuller. It’s really a personal thing and not a ‘one size fits all’ treatment

If, in the unlikely event, you don’t like the result all of our fillers are completely reversable.

How long will it last?

6-9 months is a rough guide for lip filler longevity but can last 12 months, again depending on product used & treatment requested. All this will be discussed in detail at your consultation.

Will it hurt?

Ali will always offer a dental anaesthetic for lip fillers its very much personal preference but no it doesn’t need to be uncomfortable.

Will there be any downtime?

We always advise that lips can bruise a little .They are highly vascular & although we try our very best to keep bruising to a minimum you ned to prepare for some so plan your treatment time.

Other than that aspect no downtime, minimum discomfort & Ali is always available via messenger (even over weekends) if you have any concerns or questions.
